This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. When our car got stuck in the snow, the manager came to our rescue and even refused any payment for his help. What amazing service! The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with beautiful views of Winterberg. And the breakfast spread had everything we could've wished for before a day in the snow. A truly fantastic experience!

Great views from the hotel and we really enjoyed the snowshoeing activity that we did.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to rescue my car when it got stuck in the snow. The cleanliness of the rooms and the abundance of toiletries provided were top-notch. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for skiing, with easy access to the Winterberg ski area and Nordhang slope.
There was nothing I didn't like about my stay at this hotel. Every aspect of my experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil and comfortable stay in the mountains.

We had a memorable weekend at a hotel we recently stayed at. the rural location on the mountain top offered us a serene and tranquil experience. the hotel provided a variety of typical German dishes in the restaurant, which were reasonably priced. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had many options available. the hotel is strategically located, with a parking area only a 2, minute drive away, and a five to ten, minute walk to the nearby skiing slopes.
There was no Wi, Fi available on the premises, which was frustrating as we were not prepared for this.

Located on top of a hill, this hotel provides great views of the surrounding area, including access to the Nordhang slope and Winterberg ski area. the rooms are clean and come with lots of toiletries in the bathrooms. Guests also enjoy a very good breakfast and can savor typical German dishes at the hotel's restaurant. the staff is very friendly and attendance is excellent overall.
One aspect of the hotel that could be improved is the availability of Wi-Fi, as it seems that there is no connection on the premises, which can be frustrating for some guests.
